About Nisha
Nisha is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. She is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with her Psychology degree, Education degree and Masters in Counselling Psychology.
She provides private counselling sessions for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship and grief issues as well as life exploration.
Nisha brings compassionate expertise to individuals seeking support. She utilizes resources and interventions from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive behavioural therapy, family systems therapy, transpersonal therapy, and somatic mindfulness therapy.
Nisha takes a client-centered approach in all of her work, and guides her clients through personal challenges, fostering resilience, and promoting mental well-being. She creates a safe space for clients to explore and navigate their emotions, ultimately facilitating positive transformation and growth.
Nisha has been married for 22 years and is a proud mother of 2.
